Siddharth takes a dig at Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2 Patna event; says, “In India, crowds doesn’t reflect quality”

Pushpa 2 has been breaking box office records and is well on its way to becoming the fastest film to gross ₹1000 crore. Ahead of movie release, a massive crowd gathered at Patna, Bihat to witness trailer launch. Indian 2 actor Siddharth has now reacted to the Pushpa 2 craze and Patna event and remarks how crowd don’t reflect quality.

In an interview with Tamil YouTuber Madan Gowri, Siddharth, in response to Madan’s remark about the ‘crazy crowds’ that came for the Pushpa 2 event, brushed it off saying, “That’s all marketing. Honestly, in our country, it is not tough to pool in crowds. For instance, if you are going to have four JCBs in an area to do some construction, you will have people gathering just to witness it. They (team Pushpa 2) booked a ground, and organised an event. People came to watch. That’s all. In India, crowds doesn’t reflect quality. Back in my time, we used to call these crowds Biriyani and quarter bottle (alcohol).”

Pushpa 2 review

Menwhile, Siddharth has lately been in news for his intimate wedding with Aditi Rao Hydari. The couple announced engagement laast year and secretly got married this year.
